Work is moving along steadily at Lakeview, and we have some good news to share on both the pool and our temporary class space.
Lower level: a comfortable home for classes
The lower level has been cleaned, and the first coat of primer is now on the walls, with more painting scheduled this coming week. Several of our instructors have already been leading classes downstairs, and the feedback has been very positive. Thank you to everyone who has been flexible and made the space their own during this transition. We’re also working to make room for additional instructors in the coming week.
Pool: new equipment installed
The new pump room equipment has been installed. Next up is a brand-new pool liner, which we hope to have in by the end of this week, depending on delivery timing.
What’s next
Once the liner is complete, our contractor will build a temporary platform over the pool so crews can safely work on the ceiling and other overhead improvements. New windows are also expected to arrive soon.
As always, we appreciate your patience and support as Lakeview continues to take shape. Check back here for more updates, and scroll down to the Photo Progress section to see each space transform.
